You will
receive 7 DVD's packed in a plain cardboard packet and posted
Airmail.
Postage
takes between 7-10 days to most parts of the world.
There is NO
information on the inside or outside of the pack which describes the
contents.
Your DVD's
will not be printed and do not come with color covers.
We determine
your required format (NTSC or PAL) by using
this
guide.
We will NOT
be held responsible for any customs related issues in your country,
but we have never had any custom's issue's with any of our DVD's in
the last 6 years online.
All care is
taken but occasionally a faulty DVD passes through our system, we
will replace it Free Of Charge. There is no need to send back the
faulty DVD.
